The Women’s Agribusiness Incubation Programme in partnership with the Ghana Private Sector Competitiveness Programme II, is a 9-month initiative by GCIC, in partnership with GPSCPII and SECO, supporting women-led businesses in Ghana’s cashew and nut processing sector to move from raw trading to value-added processing and scaling.
What Participants Gain:

Eligibility:
• Woman-owned, legally registered in Ghana
• Operating 1–6 years in cashew processing
• Post-revenue and committed to full participation
Applications Open: July 29 – August 17
The application process involves two stages, with qualifying entrepreneurs progressing through each stage until the final cohort is accepted and inducted.
Stage 1: Complete the application form covering:
o Personal/demographic profile & education
o Business registration, ownership, and operations
o Products, services, and value chain
o Employment, financial performance, and growth plans
o Environmental/social impact and support needs
Stage 2: In-Person Meetings & Due Diligence
• Shortlisted applicants present business and financial records
• Q&A session
• Verification of registration, employee records, and financials
• Site visits (as needed)
