Ebenmms Fungi converts agricultural waste into mushrooms sold in supermarkets, offering an eco-friendly protein alternative. To combat deforestation caused by bush burning, the enterprise trains farmers to repurpose agricultural waste for mushroom cultivation. This approach reduces pollution, emissions, and methane production linked to livestock rearing, which accounts for 32% of global human-induced methane emissions.
